Before I used it I search about how to use a demaneedle and I finally used itI put the dermaneddle inisde a 70% alcohol for about 15mints or more.I rinse off the alcohol from the roller with hot water without dry it with nothing else but let it dry with the temperature room air.I cleaned my face and remove any dirt on my pores before ise the roller.I was afraid to use it because I never had needles on my face.so I passed it with my face very clean amd without apply nothing like cream or boil or serum.I passed the roller very soft and gentle and with lot care on my face.After I passed it I didnt see no difference just a slight redness on one side of my face nothing big of course I was feeling the sensation of the needles but like tickles no pain at all or irritation.I applied the serum amd the collagen that comes with the dermaneddle package amd.let it absorbs by my skin.so during the night I was monitoring my face I saw no difference BUT after I sleept during the day (I was working grave shift)When I woke up the first thing I did was went the mirrow and see my face.I saw a glow on my face.My face looks soft and younger but still in havent seen a diference on my laught lines because like I said I used it 1 time only for first time and I did very soft almost in the air lol.I am 44 soon I will be 45.I belry start see a slightly lines on my forhead and on the laugh lines thats why I decide to buy yhos dermaneddle to get rid off those lightly forhead lines amd the laugh lines in started seen on my face.I cannt wait to use his dermaneddle again.If I nice results ony 1st use it cannt wait to seeore results with the continue use of it.NOTE: DONT SHARE YOUR MICRONEEDLE WITH NOBODY.USE IT WITH LOT CAREFUL FOLLOW PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS.PUT AWAY OF KIDS AND PETS.PUT IT IM A SFAE.AND CLEAN PLACE REMEMBER THESE ARE REAL NEDDLES.USE SUN SCREEN AVOID THE SUN AND SWEAT AFTER USE IT AT LEASE FOR 24 HRS.USE A COVER FACE AMD SUN GLASSES IF YOU REALLY NEED TO GO OUTSIDE FOR ERRANDS.BUT I AVOID THE EXPOSES OF THE SUN AFTER I USED DERMANEDDLE ON MY FACE.I WANT TO TRY IT IN MY LEGS AND STOMACH ?I was apprehensive about using this facial skin tool. Reason being that when micro dermabracion first started I had various treatments and sadly ended up with broken facial capillaries. However, I took the chance on this Dermaroller. First, it comes in a soft pink and gold color gift box. With white inside lining. It also brings an 8 page information and instruction booklet, 1 pump of Vit C and HA with 1fl oz, a small sample of collagen face cream. 3 titanium dermarollers each in sterilized wrapping. 1 plastic handle in it's own plastic hard case to be used with each roller by replacing the top.I used the face roller first starting on my forehead and moving down to the neck. It is not painful, feels more like slight pickling and after I was done my skin had a burning sensation. With this size of 600 needles for face and neck I only had my forehead turn slightly red. The few times I've used it, specifically on my neck, for some reason neck lines that were not visible before became visible.The roller with 180 needles for the eye's and small areas is a little difficult to work with. The roller is not lifted enough from the plastic holding it and the plastic scrapes my skin. Maybe is my eye's contour.As for the 1200 needles roller for the body, I have not yet used it.Outcomes: For the face roller on my first use I was amazed that it helped with my broken capillaries to be less visible. It also helped with my few fine lines on my smile fine lines, a few on my forehead and between my eyebrows.With the small roller, now that really amazed me. It has helped with my under eye fine line, crow's feet, and slight hooding of my eye lids, that I had not even noticed I had.Overall the most benefits I have noticed have been on my eyes and broken capillaries. I will keep using on my face but not my neck.As for the Vit C and HA serum provided. It feels thick and sticky. And burns.To sanitize the rollers I use 91% alcohol.PROS:Easy to use. Felt no pain.Good price point for what you receive.Elegant presentation, good for presents.Different sizes for different parts of the body.Titanium needles.CONS:Long preparation to sanitize each roller before and after use.Handle feels like cheap platic.Rollers can only be used 10 times, as per instructions. (Which calculated, if used twice a week as recommended, will only last 5 weeks).Company does not sell only replacement rollers individually.Serum provided feels thick and sticky.Because of what I consider to be the CONS I deducted one star.Everything is very nicely packaged but I would change 2 things.1.) Offer the needles in 0.052.) The handle to roller is very cheap looking.Shocking! My neck has come out in a rash and is sore and inflamed. Used as advised with the correct roller and used gently however the serum is sticky and the needles are cheap.AVOID.Good value for money, it is a complete lot and very easy to use. I would have made the handle heavier so that it didn’t feel so cheap but this doesn’t effect the usage of it. The serum is fantasticGreat product for the price, does the job. Very pretty and arrived on time. Only problem I did find is that the material inside is extremely frayed, which hung all outside the box. As this was a gift it did look a bit messy so I had to sort. Other then that it's perfect. Could do with a larger pot of moisturiser xGreat packaging, worth the money and love the way it leaves ny skin feeling.I purchased this based on reviews. Not sure they are quite right as this does not work at all
