the Scar serum arrived late, & wasn't sealed. i Ignored that in hopes it will help. After 3 days of usage I had horrible breakout since over 7 months of a clear face and i dnt have sensitive skin. I took a break and used it only on my OP Scar, knees and inner thighs which also got pimples round about which was unsual. Now am fighting new scars caused by reactive acne from the scarremover.. Definately not amused. sadly no refund and no return possible since it wasnt the sellers recommendation. For those who use this product should test it for a week on other areas otherthan the face...
