first the ends of the metal tool (which are surprisingly real metal) are all just circles not like the triangles or ovals on the picture, second is that the spreader for the mask is very low quality plastic, and third is that there was a lot less serum than expected in the bottle. The hyaluronic acid serum however is a pore clogging disaster. So be careful when using that, or at all.I loved this product but I was not too crazy about the face serumI liked it took my blackheads off but it did dry my face out very much but I guess that's the purposeWished it was easy to remove like the commercials but it was the worst peel off mask ever. Dried quickly and stuck like gorilla glue. Had to re wet and take it off using face wash. Was not fun at all. Liked the serum. Added it to my moisturizer and felt good.Love the Vid C Serum for after. It really helped take the sting out and soften your face up more. The Vid C Serum is also great for Age Spots! But the mask did its part by removing the white and black heads and gave my skin a tingling feeling. Didn't need the tools. I absolutely love this kit! Definitely need more Vid C Serum!
