This is marketed as a finishing powder that you put on last over your makeup. But to me, it's meant more as either a highlighter, or you do the correcting first before you put on foundation. I typically use my color corrector on my undereyes, color in my brows, and then would use this on areas that need more light like my undereyes or inner corners of my eye sockets. Then I put the foundation over that which seems backwards, but for me this works the best because it causes my foundation to even out everything and then my dark circles are hidden. It brightens up from below even though it's covered up and it looks more natural. Then if you wanted more of a glowy etherial look you could layer this on top where you wanted it to be for a highlight. So this is a versatile product. The powder is very soft and silky and I love that it's talc free. It's got lots of colors in it which mix together to act as the color corrector. The compact is good, it's plastic and it's the type i have typically start falling apart after a few months of use. But you get a ton of powder in there and it's milled nicely. This is a good makeup product to have around and it works great.
